Zōe LaBelle is an enchanting singer-songwriter whose music casts a spell over her audience with a single listen. Discovered and signed by producer Chad Taylor of the alternative rock band LIVE, Zōe is a contemporary artist with a genre all to her own. With the support of veteran radio personality Helen Leicht, Zōe has emerged on Philadelphia’s eclectic radio format WXPN, having recently been featured on World Café Live.

Anne Sturm, General Manager of the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center, has been with the Strand since 2012. Anne graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Music Industry & Recording Technology and Marketing Management. She has been a violinist for over fifteen years and continues to perform and learn new instruments. Anne knew she wanted to be in the music industry ever since she attended her first concert in fourth grade. Ever since, she has been engrossed in the music scene.

Lee King is the Owner of AK Beatz. AK Beatz is an audio production team dedicated to creating quality music. They offer studio services for recording artists, as well as custom instrumentals and soundtracks for various songs, commercials, short videos, film, and more.
Their mission is to provide a hub for creative learning and audio production in Central PA
Megan Cantz is a senior Theatre major at York College of Pennsylvania and president of the 2016 YorVoice champions, Rhapsody. She is originally from Atlantic City, New Jersey and has been in several theatre productions in the York area.
A native of County Waterford in Ireland, Joe Devoy came to the United States on a soccer scholarship at Merchyhurst
University in Erie, PA, in the late 1980s. He is now the owner of Tellus360 – a retail store, community hub and
arts/music venue in Lancaster featuring nationally and internationally touring bands and artists in live music
performances almost every night of the week.
